이용약관

본 약관은 ComfortOne Co.,Ltd.(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 Chroma AI 크롬 확장 프로그램 및 관련 웹사이트(이하 "서비스") 이용에 관한 조건을 정합니다.
제1조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
- 본 약관은 사용자가 서비스를 이용함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
- 회사는 관련 법령에 위배되지 않는 범위에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일 7일 전(이용자에 불리한 변경의 경우 30일 전)에 공지합니다.
- 사용자가 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
제2조 (서비스의 내용)
회사는 사용자에게 ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini 등 AI 챗봇의 사용자 인터페이스를 커스터마이즈할 수 있는 크롬 확장 프로그램과 관련 웹사이트를 제공합니다.
- Free 플랜: 기본 기능을 무료로 제공
- Pro 플랜: 확장 기능을 유료로 제공 (가격은 가격 안내 페이지 참조)
제3조 (라이선스)
회사는 사용자에게 서비스를 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 사용할 수 있는 비독점·양도불가·취소가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다.
제4조 (금지 행위)
사용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 서비스의 역공학, 디컴파일, 무단 복제 및 재배포
- 자동화 봇·스크립트를 이용한 비정상적 사용
- 라이선스 키의 공유·판매
- 타인의 권리 침해 또는 불법 목적의 사용
제5조 (Pro 플랜 — 결제·통화·갱신)
- 결제 처리자. 모든 Pro 플랜 결제는 외부 결제 대행사 Lemon Squeezy, Inc.가 Merchant of Record로서 처리하며, 회사는 결제 정보(카드번호 등)를 직접 수집·보관하지 않습니다.
- 통화. Pro 플랜 가격은 미국 달러(USD)로 표시·청구됩니다. 한국 등 비(非)미국 거주자가 결제하는 경우에도 한국 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령상 소비자 보호 권리는 그대로 적용됩니다.
- 자동 갱신. 구독제는 별도의 해지 의사 표시가 없는 한 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 사용자는 Lemon Squeezy 고객 포털에서 또는 회사에 이메일로 언제든지 갱신 해지를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 세금. 거주 지역에 따른 부가가치세(VAT)·판매세 등은 Lemon Squeezy가 산정·징수합니다.
제6조 (환불)
결제일로부터 14일 이내, 다음의 경우 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 결제 후 서비스를 한 번도 활성화하지 않은 경우
- 광고된 핵심 기능이 작동하지 않으며, 회사의 합리적 시정 노력에도 해결되지 않는 경우
환불 요청은 comfortone.kr@gmail.com으로 보내주시기 바랍니다. 처리 결과는 영업일 기준 7일 이내 회신되며, 환불 시 결제 통화(USD) 기준으로 환급됩니다.
제7조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단)
회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스 내용을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 사용자의 권익에 중대한 영향을 미치는 경우 사전에 공지합니다.
제8조 (면책)
- 서비스는 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공되며, 회사는 서비스의 무중단 운영·오류 부재·특정 목적 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다.
- 회사는 ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini 등 제3자 서비스의 변경으로 인한 호환성 문제에 대해 책임지지 않으나, 합리적인 범위에서 신속한 대응에 노력합니다.
제9조 (책임 제한)
회사의 누적 책임은 청구 원인 발생 시점으로부터 직전 12개월 동안 사용자가 회사 또는 결제 대행사를 통해 지불한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다. 단, 회사의 고의 또는 중과실로 인한 손해에는 적용되지 않습니다.
제10조 (이용 계약의 해지)
사용자가 본 약관을 중대하게 위반한 경우, 회사는 사전 통지 없이 서비스 이용을 정지하거나 라이선스를 취소할 수 있습니다.
제11조 (제3자 서비스 및 상표)
- 본 서비스가 호환되는 제3자 챗봇 서비스의 명칭·로고·UI 등에 관한 모든 권리는 각 권리자에게 있습니다. ChatGPT 및 OpenAI는 OpenAI, Inc.의, Claude는 Anthropic, PBC의, Gemini 및 Google은 Google LLC의 상표입니다.
- Chroma AI는 OpenAI, Anthropic, Google과 어떠한 제휴·후원·승인 관계도 없으며, 이들이 운영하거나 보증하는 공식 서비스가 아닙니다. 본 서비스는 사용자가 챗봇 웹사이트의 시각적 외관을 커스터마이즈할 수 있도록 보조하는 독립적인 외부 도구입니다.
- 사용자는 각 챗봇 서비스 이용 시 해당 서비스의 약관 및 정책을 별도로 준수해야 하며, 회사는 사용자의 제3자 서비스 약관 위반으로 발생한 결과에 대하여 책임지지 않습니다.
제12조 (준거법 및 관할)
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁 발생 시 서울중앙지방법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.
제13조 (문의)
Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Chroma AI Chrome extension and the website (collectively, the "Service") provided by ComfortOne Co.,Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our").
1. Acceptance and Changes
- By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
- We may amend these Terms in compliance with applicable law, with at least 7 days' prior notice, or 30 days' notice for changes materially adverse to users.
- Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
2. The Service
We provide a Chrome extension and accompanying website that customize the user interfaces of AI chatbots including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
- Free Plan: core features at no charge
- Pro Plan: additional features for a fee (see the pricing page for details)
3. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute the Service
- Use bots or automated scripts in an abnormal manner
- Share or resell license keys
- Use the Service to infringe third-party rights or for unlawful purposes
5. Pro Plan — Payment, Currency, Renewals
- Merchant of Record. All Pro Plan payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Inc. as our Merchant of Record. We do not collect or store payment details (card numbers, etc.) directly.
- Currency. Pro Plan prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Buyers residing outside the United States, including in Korea, retain all consumer protection rights under their local laws (e.g., Korea's E-commerce Act).
- Auto-renewal. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel renewal at any time via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by emailing us.
- Tax. VAT, sales tax, and other applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy based on your location.
6. Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- You have not yet activated the Service after payment, or
- A core advertised feature does not function and we cannot remedy the issue within a reasonable time.
Send refund requests to comfortone.kr@gmail.com. We respond within 7 business days. Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase (USD).
7. Service Changes and Discontinuation
We may modify or discontinue the Service for operational or technical reasons, with reasonable advance notice for material adverse changes.
8. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not responsible for compatibility issues arising from changes to third-party services (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), but will make reasonable efforts to address them promptly.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us or to our payment processor in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license without prior notice for material breach of these Terms.
11. Third-Party Services and Trademarks
- All rights to the names, logos, and user interfaces of the third-party chatbot services that the Service is compatible with belong to their respective owners. ChatGPT and OpenAI are trademarks of OpenAI, Inc.; Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC; Gemini and Google are trademarks of Google LLC.
- Chroma AI is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or otherwise officially connected to OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. The Service is an independent, third-party tool that helps users customize the visual appearance of chatbot websites.
- You must separately comply with the terms and policies of each chatbot service you use. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your violation of a third-party service's terms.
12. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes as the court of first instance.
