Chroma AI는 OpenAI, Anthropic, Google과 어떠한 제휴·후원·승인 관계도 없으며, 이들이 운영하거나 보증하는 공식 서비스가 아닙니다. 본 서비스는 사용자가 위 챗봇 웹사이트의 시각적 외관(테마·색상·배경 등)을 개인 취향에 맞게 커스터마이즈할 수 있도록 보조하는 독립적인 외부 도구입니다.

Chroma AI는 다음 행위를 하지 않습니다.

대화 내용의 수집·가로채기·수정·외부 전송
사용자 계정 정보 또는 인증 토큰의 열람·저장
제3자 서비스 약관에 반하는 자동화 또는 우회

사용자는 ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini 등 각 챗봇 서비스를 이용할 때 해당 서비스의 약관 및 정책을 별도로 준수해야 합니다.

저작권 침해 신고 (DMCA)

테마 갤러리에 공유되는 배경·이미지는 이용자가 직접 업로드한 콘텐츠입니다. Chroma AI는 업로드된 콘텐츠의 저작권을 사전에 심사하지 않으나, 권리자의 신고가 접수되면 신속히 검토 후 삭제하는 절차를 운영합니다.

귀하의 저작물이 무단으로 게시되었다고 판단되면 comfortone.kr@gmail.com 으로 아래 정보를 포함해 신고해 주세요.

침해가 발생한 테마 URL 또는 테마 제목
침해된 저작물의 설명 및 원본 위치(URL 등)
신고인의 성명·연락처(이메일, 주소 등)
해당 이용이 저작권자·대리인 또는 법률에 의해 허락되지 않았다는 진술
신고 내용이 정확하며 권리자 본인 또는 정당한 대리인임을 확인하는 진술 및 서명(전자서명 가능)

접수된 신고는 통상 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 검토하며, 침해가 확인된 콘텐츠는 삭제하고 필요 시 해당 계정의 업로드를 제한합니다. 반복적으로 타인의 권리를 침해하는 계정은 이용이 정지될 수 있습니다.

이용자는 본인이 저작권을 보유하거나 적법한 이용 권한이 있는 이미지만 업로드해야 하며, 이를 위반해 발생하는 책임은 업로드한 이용자에게 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 이용약관을 참조하세요.

The Service is an independent, third-party tool that helps users customize the visual appearance (themes, colors, backgrounds, etc.) of the above chatbot websites to their personal preference.

Chroma AI does not:

Collect, intercept, modify, or transmit conversation content
Access or store user account information or authentication tokens
Perform any automation or circumvention that violates the third-party services' terms of use

When using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any other chatbot service, you must separately comply with the terms and policies applicable to that service.

Copyright Infringement Notice (DMCA)

Backgrounds and images shared in the Theme Gallery are uploaded by users. Chroma AI does not pre-screen uploaded content for copyright, but operates a notice-and-takedown process: when a rights holder submits a report, we review it promptly and remove infringing material.

If you believe your work has been posted without authorization, email comfortone.kr@gmail.com with the following:

The theme URL or title where the infringement appears
A description of the copyrighted work and where the original can be found
Your name and contact information (email, address)
A statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent, with your signature (electronic accepted)

We typically review reports within 3 business days. Confirmed infringing content is removed, and uploads from the responsible account may be restricted. Accounts that repeatedly infringe the rights of others may be suspended.

Users may upload only images they own or are otherwise licensed to use; responsibility for any violation rests with the uploading user. See the Terms of Service for details.
