Q. Chrome 외 다른 브라우저도 지원하나요?

결제 · Pro 플랜
Q. 결제했는데 Pro 라이센스가 적용되지 않아요.
대부분 결제 시 Lemon Squeezy에 입력된 이메일과 로그인하신 이메일이 서로 달라서 발생합니다. Pro 라이센스는 결제하신 이메일을 기준으로 발급되기 때문에, 두 이메일이 일치해야 자동으로 연결됩니다. 번거로우시겠지만 comfortone.kr@gmail.com 으로 결제하신 이메일과 로그인 이메일을 함께 보내주시면, 라이센스 발급 이메일을 변경해 정상적으로 연결해 드리겠습니다.
Q. Pro 플랜 결제는 안전한가요?
결제는 PCI-DSS 인증을 받은 글로벌 결제 대행사 Lemon Squeezy를 통해 처리되며, 가격은 미국 달러(USD)로 청구됩니다. Chroma AI는 결제 정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
Q. 환불을 받을 수 있나요?
결제일로부터 14일 이내 일정 조건 하에 가능합니다. 자세한 조건은 이용약관 제6조를 참조하세요.
Q. 구독을 어떻게 해지하나요?
마이페이지의 구독 관리에서 Lemon Squeezy 고객 포털에 접속해 직접 해지하거나, comfortone.kr@gmail.com으로 요청해주세요.
Q. 무료 체험 기간이 끝나면 자동으로 결제되나요?
네. 첫 구독 시 7일 무료 체험 후 결제일이 도래하면 등록된 결제 수단으로 자동 청구됩니다. 체험 기간 중 언제든지 마이페이지에서 취소할 수 있습니다.
Q. 무료 체험은 몇 번까지 받을 수 있나요?
7일 무료 체험은 이메일(계정)당 1회만 제공됩니다. 이전에 구독한 적이 있는 계정으로 다시 가입하는 경우, 무료 체험 없이 바로 결제가 진행됩니다.
Q. 구독을 취소했는데 다시 이어서 쓰고 싶어요.
이용 기간(무료 체험·결제 주기)이 아직 남아 있다면, 마이페이지의 구독 관리 (Lemon Squeezy)에서 구독을 다시 활성화하면 중단 없이 이어서 이용할 수 있습니다.

Getting Started
Q. How do I get started?
Install Chroma AI from the Chrome Web Store, then click the extension icon in your browser toolbar to open the sidebar.
Q. Which sites does it work on?
ChatGPT (chatgpt.com / chat.openai.com), Claude (claude.ai), and Gemini (gemini.google.com).
Q. The theme doesn't apply right away — what should I do?
In most cases, refreshing the page applies the theme immediately. (Windows: Ctrl + R / macOS: ⌘ + R)
Q. Does it work on browsers other than Chrome?
Currently Chrome only. Support for other browsers such as Edge and Brave is under consideration for the future.
Billing & Pro Plan
Q. I paid but my Pro license isn't active.
This usually happens when the email entered at Lemon Squeezy checkout differs from the email you sign in with. Your Pro license is issued to the payment email, so it links automatically only when the two match. Please email comfortone.kr@gmail.com with both your payment email and your login email, and we'll move the license to the correct address for you.
Q. Are Pro Plan payments secure?
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, a PCI-DSS compliant global Merchant of Record, and charged in US Dollars (USD). Chroma AI does not collect payment details directly.
Q. Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase under certain conditions. See Section 6 of the Terms of Service for details.
Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in at My Page and open Subscription to access the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, or email comfortone.kr@gmail.com.
Q. Will I be charged automatically after the free trial?
Yes. After the 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers, your registered payment method is charged automatically on the renewal date. You can cancel anytime during the trial from My Page.
Q. How many times can I get the free trial?
The 7-day free trial is available once per email (account). If you subscribe again with an account that has subscribed before, checkout proceeds without a free trial and you're billed immediately.
Q. I cancelled but want to continue my subscription.
If your access period (free trial or billing cycle) hasn't ended yet, reactivate it from Manage subscription (Lemon Squeezy) on My Page to continue without interruption.
Q. I want to change my payment card.
Update your card from Manage subscription (Lemon Squeezy) on My Page. Payment details are handled securely by Lemon Squeezy and are never collected by Chroma AI.
Privacy & Security
Q. Where are my theme settings stored?
Settings are stored only in your browser via chrome.storage and are never transmitted to our servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Q. The extension asks for a lot of permissions — is that safe?
All requested permissions are the minimum required to apply themes on ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Each permission's purpose is detailed in the Privacy Policy.
Q. Does Chroma AI collect my conversations?
No. Chroma AI does not collect, intercept, or transmit conversation content. It only changes the visual appearance (themes, colors, backgrounds) on the client side.
